One of the most delicious days of the year is today, National Grilled Cheese Day! For the folks at Ruthie’s Rolling Cafe it’s another day of serving the best grilled cheese anywhere.
“We make the best grilled cheese in Texas. It’s gourmet grilled cheese with a variety of meats and a variety of cheeses” said Margo O’Daniel of Ruthie’s Rolling Cafe.
Owner Ashley Hunt Kleinert’s business model for Ruthie’s is to serve the best comfort food and support the local community at the same time.
“Every month we have a different non-profit that we uplift, and at the end of the month we actually give 10% of our profit back” Margo added.
