Ruthie’s Fueled by Good is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit food truck and cafe in Dallas that serves gourmet grilled cheese while creating real community impact. As part of the Good Foundation, Ruthie’s combines comfort food with purpose by supporting nonprofit partners, investing in second-chance employment, and creating opportunities for people rebuilding their lives through meaningful work and job training.

Through partnerships with nonprofits like Unlocking Doors, Ruthie’s provides second chances by hiring individuals affected by the legal system. As a fresh start employer, Ruthie’s equips team members with valuable job skills through the Ruthie’s Fellows Program. During their program, fellows learn a range of skills from culinary, marketing, and restaurant operations while also participating in life skills training.

The Cafe
#FueledByGood at the Cafe
Located at 1632 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Suite 100, in South Dallas, Ruthie’s Cafe is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM and Saturday brunch from 8AM to 2PM. Every meal served extends our mission, with proceeds benefiting St. Philip’s School and Community Center to help fund their impactful programs.
