Our Mission
Ruthie’s Fueled by Good is more than a gourmet grilled cheese food truck and Cafe—it’s a mission-driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit under the Good Foundation. Rooted in kindness and purpose, Ruthie’s serves up comfort food while creating meaningful impact in the community.
Through partnerships with nonprofits like Unlocking Doors, Ruthie’s provides second chances by hiring individuals affected by the legal system. As a fresh start employer, Ruthie’s equips team members with valuable job skills through the Ruthie’s Fellows Program. During their program, fellows learn a range of skills from culinary, marketing, and restaurant operations while also participating in life skills training.

The Cafe

Located at 1632 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Suite 100, in South Dallas, Ruthie’s Cafe is open for breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM and Saturday brunch from 8AM to 2PM. Every meal served extends our mission, with proceeds benefiting St. Philip’s School and Community Centerto help fund their impactful programs.
