Ruthie’s Food Trucks was one of the very first food trucks in Dallas and have since, made a BIG name for themselves. Ruthie’s is known for their mission to impact the local community and non-profit organizations, incredible service, and of course, their gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches.
Each sandwich is made fresh with your choice of cheeses, meats, veggies, and sauces. (Psttt, they also carry gluten-free bread AND have a separate gluten-free section of their food truck. Aren’t they amazing?)
As recommended, I got The Boss and Jam On, two of their top sellers! And y’all. They are no joke. Ruthie’s grilled cheese are unlike any other grilled cheese sandwiches out there, and trust me, I’ve had my fair share.
