Fees & Gratuity
All packages are subject to 15% gratuity, a 3% admin fee, and 8.25% tax. Events outside regular business hours may incur additional charges.
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol is not permitted during regular business hours. Guests are welcome to bring and serve their own alcohol for evening events — bar service can also be priced separately.
Security
Security officers from the Dallas Police Department may be contracted for your event at $95/hour (3-hour minimum).
