Bring the full Ruthie’s experience to your venue. Our truck rolls in, sets up, and our team serves your guests hot, fresh grilled cheese to order for up to two hours — plus more if you need it.

We bring our Cafe menu straight to your office, school, or event space in whatever format works best — individually boxed meals, party trays, sandwich spreads, or a full setup.

How It Works

Food Truck Group Ordering

Select Your Date

Sign a contract and place a card on file to lock in your event.

Customize Your Menu

Choose your sandwich lineup and extras from our full grilled cheese offerings.

Review The Details

Pay in full 72 hours before your event. $1,200 minimum per truck for a 2-hour service window. Additional hours are $150 each.

Sit Back & Enjoy

We handle everything. Your guests get served fresh, gooey goodness while you enjoy the event.

Cancellation Policy

  • Canceled within 10 days: 50% charge billed to card on file
  • Canceled within 3 days: 100% charge billed to card on file
  • Inclement weather? We’ll happily reschedule your event

Gratuity Policy

  • An automatic 15% gratuity is added to your total event amount
  • Additional tips for exceptional service are always welcome
