Ruthie’s Fueled by Good is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit food truck and cafe in Dallas that serves gourmet grilled cheese while creating real community impact. As part of the Good Foundation, Ruthie’s combines comfort food with purpose by supporting nonprofit partners, investing in second-chance employment, and creating opportunities for people rebuilding their lives through meaningful work and job training.

Ruthie’s Cafe is open Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday for brunch from 8am to 2pm. We’re located at 1632 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. Suite 100. The Cafe proudly supports St. Philip’s School and Community Center, with all proceeds going directly to help fund the amazing work they do in our community.
